JAKARTA Nike Huarache Mens , Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- An exhibition on China's high- speed railway was held here on Thursday to promote the country's bullet train technology.


Eentitled"China High Speed Railway on Fast Track Exhibition," the week-long event was opened Thursday by Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Xie Feng. "China now has the world's longest high-speed train railway network and has rich experience in transportation," Xie addressed the opening ceremony.


The exhibition highlights operation of bullet train and infrastructure in China to support its operation.


According to Xie, China has been successfully operating 17,000 kilometers of high-speed rail Nike Huarache Run Ultra , or 55 percent of the world's total.


Nearly 1.7 billion passengers have been transported by high- speed rail around the world last year, of which 0.91 billion have taken China's high-speed trains, he said.


China is also the only country in the world capable of operating high-speed train in both hot and cold environment, Xie noted, adding that its bullet train is compatible with international standard as it has similar technology with those operated in Western countries.


The event was also attended by Indonesian State-run Enterprises Minister He Huawu and Chief Engineer of China Railway Corporation He Huawu.




LAGOS， April 14 (Xinhua) -- The Nigerian government said Wednesday it has arrested another Boko Haram leader after capturing Khalid Al-Barnawi， suspected mastermind of the 2011 bombing of the United Nations (UN) building， early this month.


Preliminary investigations show Bello Danhajia， identified as a close associate and deputy of Al-Barnawi， was allegedly involved in gun-running， cattle rustling and other criminal activities， said Abdulalhai Garba， an official of the Department of State Services (DSS) to reporters in Abuja， the country's capital city， on Wednesday.


He said a prosecution will commence once the investigation is concluded.


Al-Barnawi was arrested by Nigeria's secret police on April 1 in the central northern city of Lokoja in Kogi State.


Garba said Al-Barnawi was known for recruiting young people into Boko Haram.


With Al-Barnawi's arrest， the DSS has achieved an "uncommon success" in the decimation of the group and its leadership， he added.


Both Al-Barnawi and Danhajia were believed to have plotted the bombing of the UN building in Abuja on Aug. 26， 2011， in which at least 23 people were killed and 70 injured. It was the first major bombing attack on an international organization in Nigeria.


The terrorist group Boko Haram， which has so far killed thousands of people in Nigeria， has claimed the attack.
