About Paddle Dryer
Hollow Paddle Dryer is a kind of mixing dryer at low speed by conducting heating. Paddle Dryer has compact structure, big heat transfer area and small floor area. As well as small air consumption and less dust during drying, paddle has self-clean function. It also has long material residence time and high packing coefficient and could be used in auto-production line for continuous fabrication.
Paddle dryer is a low speed agitating dryer with conduction heating. It is integrated with blending and drying, heating source includes jacket and hollow paddle. Jacket is on the dryer body and paddle is on the shaft. Passing heat conductor in it, with the agitating of paddle, wet material get sufficient heat exchange with cylinder and heat surface of paddle. At the same time double hollow paddle shafts can not only make sure the heating uniform of material thus increased drying efficiency, but also make sure the uniformity of material. This equipment has adjustable discharge valve plate which top could be adjusted to 80mm, and bottom could be opened for wash. The drying time could be adjusted by adjusting speed and height of valve plate, in this way, various drying requirements could be met.
