Donald Sterling started yet another legal battle with his wife and the NBA his third when he filed a suitin Nike KD Store. Shelly Sterling, on the other hand, argues that when Donald was unable to conduct business because he was removed after neurologists declared he was "mentally incapacitated."Mr. Sterling contends in his lawsuit that in doing so, Mrs. Sterlingwas guilty of"fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and inflicted emotional distress on the longtime Clippers owner," as first reported by the Los Angeles Times.The third lawsuit comes while Donald and Shelly argue in probate court as to whether the decision to sell the team was in fact legal.
