After some research and trying them out myself, I can finally explain it! Twists are two strands of hair twisted together, giving a more temporary and lightweight look. They’re great for a quick style change. Dreads, on the other hand, are matted and locked sections of hair that form over time, giving a more permanent and rooted look. Both are beautiful in their own way! Have you tried either of these styles?
