JC Lipon continued his hot hand for the Kamloops Blazers with two goals and two assists in a 5-2 win over the host Calgary Hitmen on Sunday in Western Hockey League play. . Lipon is currently riding a six-game point streak that includes nine goals and 18 points. He now has 22 points in nine games this season to lead the Western Hockey League in scoring. The game was a battle of the only two WHL teams which had yet to suffer a regulation-time loss this season. Colin Smith also had two goals and added an assist for Kamloops (8-0-1), while Aspen Sterzer added a single goal. Marek Hrbas also chipped in two assists for the Blazers.
