ulti-mount ii? Post mounting System for Clubhouse Plus and Elite Railing for concrete: 1. Lay out locations for posts. 2. Use base plate as a template and mark the four corner holes for the concrete Wedge Bolt? anchors. (Figure 18) 3. Drill the marked holes using a 1/4"masonry drill bit. Drill the hole into the base to a minimum depth of 3-1/2". Clear dust and debris from hole. 4. Align the base plate over the drilled holes. 5. Position the base trim over the top of the base plate. composit patio durable fence(Figure 19) 6. Place the post mount into the base trim, and line up the holes. (Figure 20) Screw the 5/16"leveling bolts into the four tapped holes. If needed, adjust the bolts to straighten the post. (Figure 21) 7. Insert the four concrete Wedge Bolt anchors into the holes located at the corners of the bottom plate. Begin to tighten each of the Wedge Bolt anchors by rotating clockwise and applying pressure in toward the base. This will engage the first few threads as the Wedge Bolt anchor begins to advance.

Continue to tighten until the head of each Wedge Bolt anchor is firmly seated against the base plate. do not over tighten bolts, as shearing of the bolt may occur. 8. Slide post cover over the post mount until it seats into the base trim. The post sizing stabilizers will permanently secure the post cover in the proper position. 9.
