OGDEN, Utah -- Canadians Kaya Turski, Sebastien Toutant and Spencer OBrien came away with gold medals at the Dew Tour on Sunday. Montreals Turski, who won the X Games two weeks ago and was also crowned X Games female athlete of the year, won the freestyle slopestyle. Toutant, also from Montreal, topped the podium in mens snowboard slopestyle and OBrien, of North Vancouver, B.C., won the womens event. The wins also clinched the overall Dew Tour titles for OBrien and Toutant. Turski scored a 93.75 to beat Anna Segal of Australia (90.75) while American Devin Logan took the bronze medal at 89.00. "The course really worked in my favour because Im strong on the rails and I worked hard to get my rail game on point here," Turksi said. Turski, who didnt have a slopestyle coach before this season, credits hard work and the resources that have become available to her since her event was added to the upcoming Winter Olympic. "I feel like all my hard works been paying off -- in the gym and the summer and with my coaches and sponsor," she said. "Its exciting to have it all pay off. "It definitely feels good to have people at the start gate cheering for you and people to consult on your run. Before I only had my friends, and they were my competitors, so it wasnt quite the same." Turski also finished on top of the Dew Cup standings with 200 points. Toutant won is event with a score of 94.50 to edge out Americans Dash Kamp (83.50) and Spencer Link (77.75). Toutant finished the three-event series with 330 points. He took second place in the first two events before posting the win in Utah. "It feels great," Toutant said in a news release. "The first stop I got second place, the second stop I got second. To end up with a first place to win the Cup, is a great feeling." OBrien struggled through her first run Sunday, but laid down a dominant second run of 94.50 points to claim her second Dew Tour title. Enni Rukajvari of Finland was second with 86.50 points, and Joanna Dzierzawski of the United States was third with 80.25. Nike Roshe Run Baratas EspaƱa . The 27-year-old lightweight from London, Ont.(Sports Network) - The Vancouver Canucks were able to come out on top last night in a battle of first-place teams. Their next challenge is finding the strength to challenge an Anaheim Ducks club that is near the bottom of the Western Conference standings. The Canucks seek a third straight victory in tonights meeting at Anaheim, where the Ducks begin a six-game homestand. Vancouver, who lead the Northwest Division by two points over Minnesota, visited the Pacific-leading San Jose Sharks last night and left town with a 3-2 overtime victory. Andrew Ebbett played the hero again as the forward followed up his first career two-goal game with an overtime winner after tipping in a Kevin Bieksa shot with 1:37 left in the extra frame. Ryan Kesler and Daniel Sedin each had a goal for the Canucks, who have won five of their last six. Roberto Luongo made 33 stops in the win. "It was a pretty intense game out there tonight," said Luongo of the battle between two first-place teams. "There wasnt much room out there and guys wwere mixing it up.dddddddddddd" The Ducks hope that the Canucks have tired legs tonight as they try to win consecutive games for the first time since a four-game win streak from Oct. 8-17. Anaheim salvaged the finale of a five-game road trip on Monday by notching a 3-2 win at San Jose. The victory was the Ducks first on the road since Oct. 27, snapping a 13-game winless streak as the guest. Of the Ducks three road wins this year, two have come versus the Sharks. Jonas Hiller made 36 saves to help the Ducks snap a four-game slide overall. Luca Sbisa, Andrew Cogliano and Bobby Ryan all scored in the win. "Its a huge, important thing to leave the building feeling good," Ryan said. Anaheim is 8-3-3 in its last 14 versus the Canucks, including a 4-3 victory at home on Nov. 11 in the first meeting of the season between the clubs. Hiller stopped 38 shots and both Cogliano and Corey Perry were among four different goal scorers. Jannik Hansen scored twice for the Canucks and Sedin had two assists.
