GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers will be without three key players on offence in Sundays game against Detroit. Running back James Starks (knee/ankle), receiver/kick returner Randall Cobb (groin) and receiver Greg Jennings (knee), who has missed the last two games, wont play in the regular-season finale. Coach Mike McCarthy would not say Friday whether quarterback Aaron Rodgers will sit the game out. "The most important thing with Aaron is hes ready to play," McCarthy said. "Its important for the quarterbacks, we repped all three of them this week. So Id like to see all three of them play in the game, is the initial plan as we started the week." Rodgers didnt shed any light on whether he would play. "Im going to leave it up to Mike," he said. The Packers also listed right tackle Bryan Bulaga (knee) as doubtful. Linebacker Clay Matthews (ankle) and cornerback Charles Woodson (knee) are questionable. McCarthy has been coy this week about his approach to Sundays game after the Packers (14-1) clinched the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. While the playoffs-bound Lions (10-5) can gain the No. 5 seed in the NFC bracket by winning at Green Bay for the first time since 1991, the Packers dont have anything riding on the final score against their longtime rivals. "It aint the end of the world. Weve still got them playoffs," Green Bay tight end Jermichael Finley said. The Packers will have a first-round bye and wont play again until the Jan. 14-15 weekend. McCarthy shrugged off the suggestion that a loss would hurt his teams momentum. "I dont ever worry about the outcome of the game," he said. "Im a firm believer in trusting the process. I truly believe were going to win this football game. So Im more concerned with the process leading up to this game, and Ill be just as much concerned as the process leading up to our next competition. "Games are won, in my opinion, throughout the week. We fully expect to win this game." The Packers would be counting on a combination of Matt Flynn and Graham Harrell to lead the leagues No. 1-scoring offence if Rodgers doesnt play for only the second time in his four seasons as the starter. Flynn, a fourth-year player, made his only pro start Dec. 19, 2010, with Rodgers out because of a concussion. Flynn played well in the prime-time game on the road against the heavily favoured New England Patriots, who hung on for a 31-27 win. "I want to see Matt Flynn play like he did in New England, but take it a step further -- win the game," McCarthy said. Harrell is anxious to get his first regular-season action since he signed with the Packers as a free agent in 2010. "Id love to get in, but were going out to win," Harrell said. And Harrell wouldnt be surprised if Flynn, not Rodgers, makes the start Sunday. "Itll be interesting," Harrell said. "I dont think you can go wrong either way. Aaron, hes been healthy almost his whole career. Hes a smart player, and he obviously helps us win. So letting him get some action would be good for us, but if they decide to rest him, it obviously makes a ton of sense as well." Notes: DE Ryan Pickett and LT Chad Clifton are expected to play. Both veterans are probable for the game. Pickett missed the last two games because of a concussion. Clifton hasnt played since suffering a hamstring injury Oct. 9 and then a back injury during his rehab work. Finley also is probable. He practised the last two days on a limited basis after a sore knee kept him out Wednesday. . McCarthy said the team would practice Wednesday and Thursday and possibly Friday next week before an opponent is known for the divisional round of the playoffs. "Were going to keep our players mentally and physically on the same time clock," McCarthy said. Bo... Orr Bruins Jersey . Plourde, a first-year receiver, admitted to using the anabolic steroid Stanozolol.OAKLAND, Calif. - A former Golden State Warriors employee filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against star guard Monta Ellis on Wednesday, alleging Ellis sent her unwanted texts that included a photo of his genitals. In her lawsuit, which also names the team, Erika Ross Smith alleges Ellis began sending her several dozen explicit messages, sometimes several times a day, starting in November 2010 through January while she worked for the teams community relations department. The messages included lines such as, "I want to be with you," and "Hey Sexy," and periodically asked her what she was wearing or doing, according to the lawsuit. Smith would often reply with "What do you want?" or "I am sleeping," the lawsuit claims. "On a micro level, my client has endured unwanted harassment, has suffered and continues to suffer emotional distress and trauma," her lawyer, Burt Boltuch, said at a news conference in his Oakland office. "On a macro level, this type of conduct, especially in the sports world, must stop. "She was embarrassed. She was intimidated. She felt scared and helpless." The Warriors deny the allegations, saying Ellis and Smith had a "consensual relationship." At a charity event in nearby Alameda, Ellis would only say that the team has responded. "Its a legal matter, well let it play its course," Ellis told KTVU-TV. "Yknow, what happens, happens." Boltuch said his client rejected Ellis advances and feared that no one would believe her. "I was treated unfairly. I was let go," Smith said at the news conference. "It wasnt my fault that I was let go." Boltuch also showed a photo of what he said was Ellis genitalia that the guard allegedly sent to Smiths work-issued cellphone on Dec. 17, 2010, a day after he complained to the team about her job performance. When questioned if the photo came from Ellis, Boltuch responded, "We know it came from him." Rick Welts, the Warriors president and chief operating officer, said in a prepared statement Wednesday that the organization takes all harassment allegations seriously. "When we were made aware of a consensual relationship between Mr. Ellis and the Plaintiff, we did what an organization should do. We told both to stop -- promptly, directly and fairly," Welts said. "The Warriors have never taken any action against the Plaintiff for any inappropriate reason, and we deny the allegations she is making." Boltuch rejected the teams claim. "It was absolutely, unequivocally 100 per cent not consensual," Boltuch said. "And if it was, why was my clients job duties removed and nothing was done to Mr. Ellis? To me that smacks of sexual harassment." Ellis agent, Jeffrey Fried, said WWednesday that he was en route to Oakland and didnt immediately have a comment.dddddddddddd According to the lawsuit, the Warriors changed Smiths job description and eventually fired her after Ellis wife, Juanika Ellis, learned of the texts and complained to team executives in January. Smith said she told team executives that Monta Ellis told her he was using a "secret cellular phone" that was being kept by the teams equipment manager and was in the name of a third party. Smith, who has worked in similar jobs with the Washington Wizards and the Phoenix Suns, said Wednesday that it was tough to go public. "It was pretty hard because I knew that essentially my career is over and it would be hard to re-establish myself after working so hard throughout the years," said Smith, who believes she may be blacklisted in NBA circles. According to the lawsuit, Smith said she told team officials that Ellis wife called her on Jan. 7 and said, "I know about the secret phone." Shortly after that, Smith said Ellis told her that he met with team officials and general manager Larry Riley told him "not to worry," and that "everything would be swept under the rug." The following month, Juanika Ellis apparently used her purse to push Smith into a wall during a Warriors home game, the lawsuit said. Smith said she believes that Ellis wife believes Smith initiated the texts with the player. "She was accusatory towards me," Smith said Wednesday. Boltuch said the team in February reduced Smiths responsibilities, including interaction with Ellis and other players after she refused to resign. "They offered her what I believe is a bribe," Boltuch said. "They said, Itd be best if you resign and well give you some money. She rejected it." Boltuch said the team eliminated Smiths position in August, more than a week after she notified the team that a reporter contacted her inquiring if Ellis was "stalking" her. The lawsuit alleges retaliation, wrongful termination and intentional infliction of emotional distress and seeks unspecified damages. Ellis was the Warriors leading scorer last season, averaging 24.1 points per game. His acrobatic layups and ball handling skills have made him a fan favourite though he is known to be reticent and has few endorsement deals and less notoriety than other players of his stature. Ellis signed a US$66 million, six-year deal with the Warriors in 2008 not long after winning the NBAs Most Improved Player award. He then sustained a serious ankle injury that summer on his motorized scooter and missed most of the season, earning a 30-game suspension without pay because he wasnt supposed to be riding such a vehicle. Ellis was recently selected as a team captain for this season.
