Dalton was intercepted by Stephon Tuitt on a screen attempt, and knocked himself out for the day when he broke a bone in his hand trying to tackle Tuitt.
Dalton confirmed the injury after the game, and said he will see a hand specialist on Monday. Coach Marvin Lewis said Dalton definitely will not play next week against the 49ers, but would not speculate beyond that.
