NFL peers want Tom Brady or (gasp!) Matt McGloin over Joe Flacco in the Super Bowl

It shouldn't surprise you that most NFL players would rather have Tom Brady or [url=http://www.womenbootsxmassale.top]UGG Christmas Boots Peyton Manning as their quarterback not Joe Flacco with two minutes left in the Super Bowl and a championship on the line. Flacco has steered the Ravens into the end zone during clutch drives in some big games such as the AFC divisional round win last winter, but Brady and Manning are among the NFL's all time leaders in comeback drives. But it was a little astonishing that Flacco got no love in a recent ESPN poll asking players that question . In an anonymous player survey conducted by ESPN during the season, 128 of the 320 players polled said they wanted Brady, a three time champion with the New England Patriots, in the final minutes of a Super Bowl.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady cried in a recent interview with ESPN, but it wasn't because they told him about all the nasty things Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs said about him last season. Brady was talking about how he had to wait until the sixth round to be selected in the 2000 NFL draft and got a little emotional. Between the precision of quarterback Tom Brady and running back LeGarrette Blount busting through tackles Sunday, the Ravens' defense was perplexed by a balanced New England Patriots offense. When the Ravens attempted to pressure Brady, he quickly located open receivers. When the Ravens tried to load up the line of scrimmage to bring down Blount, the 6 foot, 250 pound running back lowered his shoulders and powered through defenders for 76 yards and two touchdown runs on 16 carries.
