We spoke with Rob Romano, who stopped by the Supreme store today (in SoHo, NYC) and noticed a delivery of Nike footwear that was packaged in red slide-out boxes  the same ones used for the premium Stussy x Nike Air Max 95 drops not long ago. In the box was either an Air Jordan 1 or a Dunk High with a red upper, a white toe-box, a white Swoosh, and a white heel. Another juicy detail is that the large boxes had a date of January 2nd written on it, which makes sense for Nike releases given that the date is a Saturday, but unusual for Supreme (the store typically releases new items on Thursday).

The Nike Huarache Utility has been a breath of fresh air in the Huarache resurgence. The silhouette has managed to stay true / to the lineage of one of Tinker Hatfield s most noteworthy creations, the Nike Air Huarache while ushering the neoprene mesh slip-on upper into the modern day by including Dynamic Flywire, Fuse technology, and an updated Nike Air unit for lightweight and durable cushioning. The latest Huarache Utility colorway features another Tinker go-to in Safari print around the / mudguard while an interesting mix of Medium Berry and a Volt-like Cactus light up this colorway throughout. One of the dopest projects of this year was started by Extra Butter, the movie-crazed group of creatives that spent the last twelve months releasing the most eccentric and unpredictable sneaker designs of any store doing work on the collab department. For an upcoming Saucony design, the NY-based retailer gave their social media following all the power in deciding the original concept and the details of the shoe, and just recently they revealed the first samples of this risky experiment / through Periscope (still viewable right now). 2015 was a great year for 0000 the Air Jordan 1 given the 30th Anniversary of the bra / nd as well as the first-ever chapter of the legacy.
