Karnisovas came to Denver in 2013 after five years in Houston.
''The fact that it is no longer a distraction for them, they know they're going to be here, I know they're going to be here and that we have a chance together to build something is special,'' Malone said. ''The reality, as we all know, is any team, head coach and GM need to be on the same page, need to have constant communication, open and honest. I have that with Tim.''
Connelly called himself a ''scout with a GM title'' and said his ''goal was not to be a GM, my goal [url=http://www.saintsonlineofficialshop.com/WOMENS_YOUTH_JOHN_JENKINS_JERSEY.ht... to be a paid scout.'' During his time in charge, the Nuggets have increased their interests in overseas talent - since 2013, the team has acquired center Jusuf Nurkic in a draft-day trade in 2014 and selected forward Nikola Jokic in the second round that year.
