MONTREAL -- Cornerback Billy Parker has agreed to a new two-year deal with the Montreal Alouettes, the CFL club announced Thursday. The six-foot, 195-pound Parker was an East Division all-star last season after registering a career-high 57 tackles with a forced fumble and interception.
