Mashinter scored a power play goal in the second period to give the IceHogs a 3-1 lead, and he put the game away with an empty netter. Sven Andrighetto had a goal and three assists for the Bulldogs (20-21-4), who lost their fourth in a row. Greg Pateryn and Maxime Macenauer got the other Hamilton goals.
