OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Oakland Raiders have agreed to a four-year contract with safety Tyvon Branch that gives the franchise financial flexibility and the teams leading tackler the stability he has wanted. The Raiders announced the deal Saturday night. CBS Sports reported the contract is worth $26.6 million with $17.1 million guaranteed. Branch had signed his $6.2 million franchise tender May 7 and reported to off-season workouts. Both sides had until Mondays deadline for franchise tagged players to reach an agreement on a long-term contract.
