Starting Dec. 6, new Oakland Athletics president Dave Kaval will hold open office hours for fans every Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. PT at the Oakland Coliseum, the team announced Thursday.All fans are invited to attend the first session and will get the chance to meet with Kaval individually or in a group on a first-come, first-served basis.
