Remainder of New Orleans Saints' schedule more difficult Cass... Marsh Jersey than it may appear
Should the New Orleans Saints win at least 10 games this season after starting the season 5 1? Yes. Are Justi... Britt L Jersey the Saints better than the vast majority of the teams they will face in the final 10 weeks of the regular season? Yes.
So the Saints move forward after their bye with Sunday's matchup against the Buffalo Bills. But the schedule might be more challenging than it appears. Take away the disastrous Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the other eight opponents the Saints will face have a combined 30 24 record entering Week 8.
It's pretty amazing Buffalo is 3 4 considering its instability at quarterback. Undrafted rookie Thad Lewis figures to be the starter once again when the Bills head to New Orleans. Spiller and Fred Jackson have been the major components to the team's offense in the run game and in the pass attack.
Linebacker Kiko Alonso has been the most exciting defensive rookie this season despite playing for a unit that ranks in the lower third of the NFL. This should be one of the most winnable games remaining on the Saints' schedule despite the Bills coming off a close win last week in Miami.
New York Jets (4 Nov. 3, MetLife Stadium, Noon
This matchup has become more than Rob Ryan vs. Rex Ryan. Somehow, the Jets have managed to surpass laughing stock status and become a legitimate threat on Sundays.
The Jets have relied heavily on defense as they rank fourth in total defense, second in rushing defense and 10th in passing defense. But they've only created four turnovers and are minus 11 in turnover margin, which is one of the major reasons why the Jets have been so erratic through seven games.
Win one, lose one has been the pattern for the Jets, who face Cincinnati before hosting New Orleans in two weeks.
Who knows what Jets team shows up then?
Dallas Cowboys (4 Nov.
Through the mediocrity that is the NFC East, the Cowboys have been the least mediocre of the bunch and lead the division. Dallas has won two straight and has winnable games against Justi... Britt Jersey Detroit and Minnesota before facing the Saints.
Tony Romo may be playing his best football in quite a while, despite throwing two interceptions in Sunday's win over Philadelphia. He's completing 68 percent of his throws for 2,010 yards, 15 touchdowns and five interceptions. Dez Bryant has continued to be one of the best receivers in the league. [url=http://www.nflseahawksofficialonline.com/Cassius_Marsh_Jersey_Seahawks]http... defense has been suspect at times for the Cowboys, and DeMarcus Ware has been slowed by an injured quadriceps.
San Francisco 49ers (5 2) Nov.
The 49ers are riding a four game winning streak, and there's a good possibility it could be extended to six games with games against Jacksonville and Carolina looming before they take on the Saints.
San Francisco's defense has been missing Patrick Willis and Aldon Smith because of injuries and legal/personal problems, respectively. But the defense has begun to re establish its physical style, though, during the past four weeks.
The Niners' passing attack sits 31st in the league after their Week 7 win over Tennessee, but the ground game remains potent thanks to Frank Gore and Colin Kaepernick. So San Francisco should be just as dangerous as originally thought when it faces New Orleans.
Atlanta Falcons (2 4) Nov.
Completely counting out the Falcons at this point would be premature. The Falcons have winnable games (at Arizona, at Carolina) the next two weeks and could be hovering around .500 by the time the Saints play them again in a Thursday night game.
Injuries and lack of clutch play have helped lead the Falcons into the tough spot they're in right now, third in the NFC South. Atlanta should be healthier by the time it faces New Orleans, though, as Steven Jackson should be back and Roddy White should be healthier.
Even if the Falcons stumble by the time this matchups arrives, don't discount how much the Falcons would love to play spoiler against the Saints.
Seattle Seahawks (6 1) Dec.
This matchup still figures to be as important as everyone thought it would be when the Saints' schedule first was announced. How much this game will mean for home field advantage in the playoffs is still too early to tell as the Saints don't have an easy stroll through the next several weeks. But this Monday night contest might be the most anticipated game left on the schedule.
Seattle continues to implement the same strategy that helped it burst onto the NFL scene last year with an offense led by Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch combined with an aggressive, tenacious defense.
Buckle up for this one.
Carolina Panthers (3 Dec. 8, Superdome, Noon; Dec. 22, Bank of America Stadium, Noon
Don't look now, but the Panthers are only a half game out of the final playoff spot, having rattled off three wins in their past four games. The schedule toughens after next week's game against Tampa Bay, but Carolina may still be hanging around in the playoff picture by the time the Saints play the Panthers twice late in the season.
