Cullen handed Vikings job


Former Warrington coach Paul Cullen was back in rugby league on Monday after being appointed as Steve McCormack successor at leading Championship club Widnes Vikings.


The former England coach has agreed a two year contract with the Vikings and will take charge after their opening league game of the season against Toulouse at the Stobart Stadium on Thursday.


Cullen, who has been out of work since being sacked by the Wolves 10 months ago, said: really excited to be joining Widnes.
