404 Music Group
About 404 Music Group
Established in 1998 and based out of Atlanta, 404 Music had success with releases from Popa Wu from the Wu-Tang Clan (produced by Rza) and Young Jeezy's first album. Due to the shift in the industry, 404 Music suspended operations, and Easton focused on running MDI Distribution. However, the influx of new technology in the music business created perfect conditions for the re-emergence of 404 Music, and Easton resurrected the label in October 2007. 404 Music recently announced the signing of Memphis-based rapper MJG, of MJG Muzik from the duo 8Ball & MJG, and will release his new studio album. Scheduled for release at the end of April, "This Might Be the Day" will be his second solo effort since his 1999 album, "No More Glory."
